The Memory Card 251 is an information storage device used to record information such as game progress, high scores and more. The Memory Card 251 can store 251 "blocks" of information -- more than four times the capacity of the Memory Card 59. Memory Cards are REQUIRED for nearly all Nintendo GameCube games that save game progress. You can save data from many different games on a single Memory Card; however, some games require more memory blocks than others. Please read the games instruction manual to find out how many memory blocks it uses.
